Both options are available: in person at our office at Av. Manuel J. Clouthier 526, Zapopan (Guadalajara), or virtual by video call if you live outside Guadalajara or prefer not to travel. Either way we review your symptoms and imaging and give you a plan and a price.

The virtual evaluation is USD 40. The in-person evaluation at our office is MXN 1,000. Both are credited toward your package if you have surgery.

Ideally a recent pelvic ultrasound or MRI. If you don't have one, we'll tell you what to get; you don't need it to book.

Yes. Your consultation can be in English, which helps patients from the U.S. and Canada.

Surgery with a camera through 5–10 mm incisions (laparoscopy) or with no abdominal incisions at all (hysteroscopy and vNOTES). It usually means less pain, less bleeding and a faster recovery than open surgery.

Most patients go home within 24 hours; the package includes 1 night in hospital.

Desk work usually in 1 to 2 weeks. Physical exertion and intercourse depend on the procedure and your doctor's advice.

Whenever possible and if you wish: myomectomy removes fibroids and keeps the uterus, and ovarian cyst surgery preserves healthy tissue.

Usually at Hospital Real San José, Lázaro Cárdenas campus, in Zapopan (Guadalajara). For selected cases we hold surgical campaigns at Hospital Ángeles Tijuana (or other options in Tijuana) and Hospital H+ Los Cabos.

Endoscopic surgery through the vagina: the camera and instruments enter vaginally, so there are no incisions on your abdomen. It is used for hysterectomy and ovarian and tubal surgery, among others.

It depends on uterine size, previous surgeries, suspected adhesions or extensive endometriosis, and your anatomy. We decide at your evaluation; if it isn't the best route, laparoscopy achieves the same through small incisions.

In published studies, including a randomized clinical trial, patients who had vNOTES reported less pain and went home sooner than with laparoscopy. Every case is different, and we'll discuss yours at your evaluation.

Surgical packages start at USD 5,000: surgeon's fee, assistants, surgical nursing, anesthesiology, minimally invasive equipment and 1 night in hospital. Your exact price depends on the procedure and is confirmed after your evaluation.

If you have private major-medical insurance, we'll review it with you at your evaluation. Most U.S. and Canadian plans don't cover scheduled surgery abroad; we provide an invoice and medical summary so you can file a claim.

Yes. We evaluate you by video call before you buy your flight, and you arrive with a surgery date, a price and a hotel nearby. A typical stay is 7 to 10 days.
